This was our first experience working with a dog trainer, and I’m very pleased 🥰 Already by the third lesson, I saw how Ami was responding and following my commands 😍 After completing all 8 sessions, I got exactly what I wanted. But we’ll definitely continue training with Marina because I see tremendous progress 🤍

My impressions of our trainer, Irina, are absolutely fantastic! All commands and recommendations were clear and easy to understand. I thought my spoiled dog might be hopeless, but Irina dispelled all my worries, and I am incredibly grateful! We've started a healthy relationship between me and Vegas, and we'll keep moving forward! Thanks again! :)

Good day! Here we are 🐩 already graduates of your National School of Service Dog Training. Our puppy joined your 'first-grade' class without any socialization experience or knowledge of commands. Thanks to the trainers’ extensive knowledge, attention, and individualized approach to every dog (the dogs were of different breeds and ages), they taught our puppy how to properly follow commands, behave in social environments, and provided a lot of useful information that we still apply today. Special thanks to trainers Emma, Sergey, and Marina. Buddy had individual lessons with Emma and participated in group classes with Sergey and Marina. After completing the course, our puppy has changed dramatically. Thank you very much!

We got a dog for our child (by the way, our child is 16 years old), and it was a well-thought-out decision, including the breed choice. It was important for me that they learned to understand each other. We started training with Sergey immediately after Polly (Jack Russell Terrier) finished her post-vaccination quarantine (she was 4 months old). Initially, it was challenging for both my daughter and the dog. Huge thanks to Sergey for his patience. About two months have passed since completing the course. Now, our puppy (almost 8 months old) walks calmly, even off-leash in safe places, and loyally looks at her owner while obeying every command. Sergey has taught them to become a great team. Your specialists are highly qualified, and I always recommend your school when asked where we trained our dog. Many thanks to your entire team!

An excellent school! We completed the basic course, and it was extremely effective. Trainer Alexandra sensitively understood our relationship with our dog. Nobody felt stressed; the training sessions were convenient and comfortable!

Greetings from Kharkiv! I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to a true professional—Svitlana. I have a Labrador and Russian Spaniel mix. As you may know, mixed breeds can be challenging, especially with an owner who initially didn’t understand her well. Additionally, the war affects everything, and Kharkiv isn't exactly calm, which also impacts animals. However, Svitlana taught us to understand each other and gave us essential training skills. Thanks to her, walks have become enjoyable rather than stressful. Before Svitlana, many trainers refused to help us because of Kessie's mixed breed, and we couldn't manage to train on our own. Only Svitlana accepted the challenge, and we're incredibly grateful. She's professional, clear, understandable, and straightforward. Thank you very much!!!

I’d like to thank you for such a wonderful instructor! We’re very satisfied with the results, and we really liked Olesya as a person. She’s attentive to every detail and very pleasant to talk to! We wish you continued success! The training recommendations are already working — we’re seeing great results!
Daria
She established a connection with Morgan on the very first day, and he learned the basic commands literally in 2–3 sessions. I sought help due to aggression toward people and other dogs — we started managing this around the sixth session. The difference before and after is huge! Maria is very pleasant both as a person and as an instructor — not a single complaint. She always tried to adjust to my schedule, which is crucial for me as a serviceman. I'm extremely satisfied with the result — it exceeded my expectations!

Individual training sessions with Olga were the best decision we made! With her support and belief in us, we managed both our emotions and our overstimulated puppy. And the group sessions led by Olga and Taisia are amazing! Every dog gets attention without exception — they notice everything and give helpful advice. We’re truly happy to have met such great professionals!

You are the best school in the world, and you have the best instructors. You can’t even imagine how proud I am to study under Mr. Oleh Romanovych, Mr. Serhii, and Ms. Oksana. It’s a true treasure that these people share their experience with us.
I am genuinely grateful to the School and to Mr. Oleh Romanovych for his dedication and knowledge, for uniting the best instructors and doing everything to ensure that Ukrainian cynology thrives.
Thank you.

I'm continuing my studies with great pleasure. You have truly top-level instructors. This is not just a school — it's a whole community. You can see how everyone puts their heart and soul into the dogs — it's incredibly inspiring.
Viktoriya Ledney
The instructors are wonderful, the course is good, a lot of attention is paid to the students. Feedback is at the highest level, they explain and break things down even if it has already been said multiple times. If there are more interesting courses, we will definitely take them. What I liked the most was that you can follow your own schedule. Because service duty doesn’t always allow you to attend the online class live.

Additional equipment will be selected by the instructor individually after consultation.
Yes. Training and education are necessary for dogs at any age.
The ideal age to start is between 4 and 8 months, but there are no strict limits. We recommend completing the basic course by 3 years of age, though in many cases, training is still effective with adult dogs.
After the first lesson, the instructor will assess your dog’s temperament and choose the best training program.
In fact, the key to success is not the dog’s “difficult character” but the owner’s involvement.
Any breed can be trained — all it takes is consistency and the right approach.
We will teach you how to work with your dog’s energy, not against it.
No. This course is conducted exclusively together with the dog owner.
A successful training process depends on mutual understanding and cooperation between the dog and its handler.
Your participation helps you better understand how to manage your dog’s behavior and strengthens the emotional bond between you.
In addition, regular attendance at the lessons will equip you with the skills to independently support and correct your dog’s behavior at home.
We ensure a high level of safety for you and your dog during our group sessions.
Classes take place on a specially fenced area to prevent dogs from accidentally leaving the training zone.
A first-aid kit is always available in case of emergency.
Before every session, we carefully inspect all participants’ and instructors’ equipment to ensure its reliability and eliminate any risks during training.
Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
Yes. You will start to see results after just a few lessons.
Our training course is highly effective, especially if you attend regularly and follow the instructor’s guidance.
By applying the learned methods at home, you’ll speed up progress and soon notice a clear improvement in your dog’s behavior.
Feedback is provided directly on the training grounds during sessions, as well as through a dedicated group chat.
Yes, at the end of each course your dog undergoes a final assessment.
Upon successful completion, the dog receives an official certificate confirming the achieved level of training.
This certificate also grants eligibility to participate in competitions for dogs of that level, organized by the National School of Service Dog Training (NSSDT).

The dog is off-leash and in a free state. The owner gives the verbal command “Come to me.” Upon command, the dog immediately and confidently runs up to the owner and sits in front of them awaiting further instructions. Goal: to develop a reliable and instant response to the command regardless of surrounding conditions or distance.
On command, the dog sits in front of the owner.
On the “heel” command, the dog moves at the owner’s left side.
While moving at heel, the dog sits at the owner's left side when the owner stops.
This command may be performed either at the owner’s left side or facing the owner.
While walking at heel, the owner gives a sharp command “Sit” or “Down.” The dog promptly sits or lies down while the owner continues walking. The dog must remain in position until another command is given.
The dog is instructed to sit or lie down at a specific place designated by the owner (at the owner's discretion). After the command, the owner walks away to a significant distance. Throughout the exercise, regardless of external distractions, the dog must maintain the given position (sit or down), without trying to approach the owner or reacting to the environment. Goal: to develop focus, self-control, and distance obedience.
While the dog is next to the owner, a third person (stranger) offers the dog a treat. At the moment of the offer, the owner gives a clear and timely prohibitive command (e.g., “No!” or “Leave it!”). The dog must immediately reject the treat and not accept food from a stranger’s hand. Goal: to develop a reliable behavior pattern of refusing food upon command, even under temptation or distraction.
Performed next to the owner as part of a sequence with the commands “Sit,” “Down,” and “Stand.” The sequence is carried out in order, both near the owner and at a distance of 10–15 meters. Can be executed by voice and gesture, by voice only, or by gesture only. ❓ Explanation why the “Stand” command is not part of the “Minimum Obedience”: this command is introduced only when a strong bond and working tandem has been established between the owner and the dog. This avoids interspecies dominance issues. If introduced too early, the command “Stand” may be perceived by the dog as pressure, coercion, or suppression.
Starting position: the dog is at the owner's left side in the “heel” position. The owner throws the retrieving object 10–15 meters away. The dog remains at the left leg and waits for the command. On the command “Fetch!” the dog runs to the object, picks it up, returns to the owner, and sits directly in front of them with the item in its mouth. The owner gives the command “Give” and takes the object with the hand — the dog releases the item calmly.
Starting position: the dog is at the owner’s left side in the “heel” position. On the command “Down,” the dog lies down at the owner's left side. The owner then carefully places the leash in front of the dog’s front paws and, pointing to it, gives the command “Place.” The owner walks 6–12 meters away, pauses for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and gives the command “Come.” The dog runs to the owner and sits in front of them. Then the command “Heel” is given — the dog moves to the owner’s left side. After a 5–10 second pause, the owner gives the command “Place” again, accompanied by a gesture. The dog returns to the leash and assumes the original position — lying beside it.
The exercise begins after completing the general obedience course and establishing a stable bond between dog and owner. This is necessary to prevent the dog from perceiving the task as coercion, which could harm trust and the relationship. On the command “Forward!” the dog confidently and independently overcomes the given obstacle: boom (narrow bridge), barrier, or ladder. Important: when training this element, special attention is given to calm behavior, positive reinforcement, and emotional engagement. The obstacle should be perceived as a joint task with the owner, not as a source of pressure.
The dog is released onto a training field where various types of treats have been scattered in advance. During the exercise, the dog is allowed to move freely around the area, but is not allowed to pick up any treats from the ground without a permission command. Goal: to develop strong self-control and an automatic refusal of food stimuli, even in the absence of direct supervision by the owner. Requirement to begin this exercise: the skill of refusing treats in the presence of the owner must already be well-established and consistently performed.
