It’s only the 3rd week of the course, but my relationship with my dog (8-month-old German Shepherd) has already improved significantly. My dog stopped biting and became more attentive to me, and I became more attentive to him as well. From the very first lessons, many myths about dog nutrition were dispelled: I learned that it's safe to combine natural food with dog food. But what surprised me most were the deep academic insights given on each topic. For example, today there was a lecture on neurotransmitters, and one girl, who studied psychology, mentioned at the end that this material is equivalent to university-level content she encountered, yet it's presented in our dog training course. I am currently preparing for my IB Biology HL exam, and today's cynology lecture helped me better understand neuronal signal transmission and neurotransmitter formation. The terminology became much clearer. Saying that I'm delighted is an understatement—I absolutely love it!

Everything was good, I liked everything, there’s even nothing to complain about. I've worked with dogs for many years and have never regretted taking this course. The material was very interesting, and the instructors were also good. Whenever additional questions arose—after all, there's quite a lot of material—I always received answers, leaving no gaps in my understanding. Overall, the material was presented clearly enough, and personally, it wasn't difficult for me at all since I've been working with dogs for many years, which made learning somewhat easier.

I really liked the instructors; they were highly competent and professional. I gained even more knowledge here than I did at university and school. I enrolled because I wanted to understand dogs better, and this course greatly helped me achieve that goal. The instructors are wonderful, the course is good, a lot of attention is paid to the students. Feedback is at the highest level, they explain and break things down even if it has already been said multiple times. If there are more interesting courses, we will definitely take them. What I liked the most was that you can follow your own schedule. Because service duty doesn’t always allow you to attend the online class live.

This was our first experience working with a dog trainer, and I’m very pleased 🥰 Already by the third lesson, I saw how Ami was responding and following my commands 😍 After completing all 8 sessions, I got exactly what I wanted. But we’ll definitely continue training with Marina because I see tremendous progress 🤍

Good day! Here we are 🐩 already graduates of your National School of Service Dog Training. Our puppy joined your 'first-grade' class without any socialization experience or knowledge of commands. Thanks to the trainers’ extensive knowledge, attention, and individualized approach to every dog (the dogs were of different breeds and ages), they taught our puppy how to properly follow commands, behave in social environments, and provided a lot of useful information that we still apply today. Special thanks to trainers Emma, Sergey, and Marina. Buddy had individual lessons with Emma and participated in group classes with Sergey and Marina. After completing the course, our puppy has changed dramatically. Thank you very much!

We got a dog for our child (by the way, our child is 16 years old), and it was a well-thought-out decision, including the breed choice. It was important for me that they learned to understand each other. We started training with Sergey immediately after Polly (Jack Russell Terrier) finished her post-vaccination quarantine (she was 4 months old). Initially, it was challenging for both my daughter and the dog. Huge thanks to Sergey for his patience. About two months have passed since completing the course. Now, our puppy (almost 8 months old) walks calmly, even off-leash in safe places, and loyally looks at her owner while obeying every command. Sergey has taught them to become a great team. Your specialists are highly qualified, and I always recommend your school when asked where we trained our dog. Many thanks to your entire team!

Greetings from Kharkiv! I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to a true professional—Svitlana. I have a Labrador and Russian Spaniel mix. As you may know, mixed breeds can be challenging, especially with an owner who initially didn’t understand her well. Additionally, the war affects everything, and Kharkiv isn't exactly calm, which also impacts animals. However, Svitlana taught us to understand each other and gave us essential training skills. Thanks to her, walks have become enjoyable rather than stressful. Before Svitlana, many trainers refused to help us because of Kessie's mixed breed, and we couldn't manage to train on our own. Only Svitlana accepted the challenge, and we're incredibly grateful. She's professional, clear, understandable, and straightforward. Thank you very much!!!

She established a connection with Morgan on the very first day, and he learned the basic commands literally in 2–3 sessions. I sought help due to aggression toward people and other dogs — we started managing this around the sixth session. The difference before and after is huge! Maria is very pleasant both as a person and as an instructor — not a single complaint. She always tried to adjust to my schedule, which is crucial for me as a serviceman. I'm extremely satisfied with the result — it exceeded my expectations!
